Metal structures are load-bearing structures made from steel profiles (rectangular tube, angle iron, sheet and beams), cut, welded and treated against corrosion, then fitted on site. Unlike middlemen, we control every profile in our own production workshop in Chișinău: that means on-time delivery and tolerances kept to the millimetre. We work with certified steel, in thicknesses from 2 to 12 mm, and issue a fiscal invoice for every order. A hall in metal structure starts from 450 EUR per tonne, a swing gate is fabricated in 5-7 days, and stairs and canopies are priced per metre. How much does a metal hall cost in Moldova?
The metal structure of an industrial hall starts from 450 EUR per tonne of steel, without the cladding panels. A typical 500 m² hall uses approximately 20-30 tonnes, so the structure costs from 9,000-13,500 EUR. We calculate the exact quote for free based on the project or a sketch.
Do you work from my project, or do you also do the design?
Both. If you already have the technical project, we fabricate and fit according to it. If not, our engineer takes the measurements on site and prepares the working drawings, which you approve before the first cut.
What anti-corrosion protection do you apply?
As standard, we apply primer and alkyd paint in two coats. For exposed exterior structures (gates, fences, canopies) we recommend hot-dip galvanising or electrostatic powder coating - we discuss these at the quote stage, with the exact price difference.
How long does it take to get a gate or a fence ready?
A standard swing gate is fabricated in 5-7 working days from the approval of the sketch, plus one day for fitting. Fences are priced per metre - for 30-50 linear metres, the typical deadline is 2-3 weeks including fitting.
